RETURN POLICY

We currently do not offer a return or exchange policy as we are unable restock returned or opened goods due to sanitary reasons. 
NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS 
Prior to using our products, please ensure that you have read and understand all the directions on the product label and on our website, so that you will be able to apply the product correctly.
 
T WINKS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN ORDERS.
Any customer error (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, etc...) will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact USPS/ UPS with any questions or concerns once tracking information is provided to you.
Orders are Processed 1-4 business days after placing order, then shipped out.
Cancelling an Order:
If you would like to cancel an order that you've just placed, please email us at ShopTWinks@yahoo.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
